Limerock combines a transaction advisory business for clients and a venture capital arm that specializes in early growth-stage investments. Our team comprises seasoned professionals with extensive experience in investing, business consulting, investment banking, and corporate banking. By leveraging our expertise, we assist our portfolio companies and clients in achieving exceptional growth and success.
Limerock was established originally as a transaction advisory boutique. For more than a decade now, we have provided sophisticated and commercially oriented services so that our clients have a partner who understands their needs and can bring value for money
Gradually, Limerock has diversified also into venture capital investing when we started to manage JEREMIE Co-Investment Fund based on the mandate from European Investment Fund.
Currently, we are looking for investment opportunities in Late Seed & Series A rounds in revenue-generating firms primarily emerging from the Czech and Slovak region, with a focus on Industrial Tech and other B2B businesses.
